Whether you're navigating grief, embracing change, or moving through life’s unknowns, these personalized sessions offer a sacred space to be truly seen and gently guided through life’s more complex moments.
You will have a weekly space to voice what is in your heart and mind... met with calm, devoted presence and unconditional care.
Our time together is a sanctuary... a place to ease what feels heavy, bring peace to what feels uncertain, and offer a safe, supportive space to reflect, heal, grieve, and grow.
And as the world around you shifts, you will realign your inner compass and anchor into what is holy, whole, and true... within you.
These sessions are offered as a season of support, a 3 month container, with the option to continue as desired.

3 months of weekly 60 min sessions via phone or zoom
soulful, intuitive presence and guidance
a gentle, steady container to process grief or change
supportive check-ins between sessions
optional sacred mantra chanting

Together, we will clarify your needs and intentions and co-create a space that supports you with care, presence, and gentle guidance. Each session includes space for sharing, reflection, and deep listening. If you wish to chant mantras together, that option is always available.
My deepest intention is to offer you a safe, loving space where you can access the truth of your heart and feel honored and supported along your precious life journey.
Can I sign up at any time?
Yes, you are welcome to sign up whenever you feel called. To maintain a sacred and attentive space for each person- and to honor my own well-being- I welcome up to 5 new enrollments each month. I trust you will know when the timing is right for you.
